Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/4 cupeach variety of pulses available at your home
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspn chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspnjeera powder
  • 1/4 tspn chaat masala
  • 1/4 cuppeanuts
  • 1 tspeno
  • ginger,garlic and green chilli as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all pulses and peanut together and soak in water for 4 to 5 hrs

  2. 2

    Grind it by adding 2 green chilli and 1 inch ginger and 2 cloves of garlic

  3. 3

    In grinded mixture add curd and mix well

  4. 4

    Add 1 tspn Eno or keep this batter for 2 hrs in sunlight

  5. 5

    Grease the waffle mould and put a big spoon full batter and cover the lid, cook it for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve it with tomato sauce or green chutney
