Ingredients

  1. semolina uttapam:
  2. 1 cupSemolina
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. Little water if required
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1Onion
  7. 1Tomato
  8. Curry leaves little
  9. Jeera little
  10. Coriander chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything nicely. Batter should be of thin consistency. Rest it for 20 mins. Then u can see batter became little thick. Now put little oil in a tawa. Pour little batter and make uttapam.

  2. 2

    For alu masala...take boiled and mashed potatoes. In a pan put little oil. Add 1tsp mustard. Green chilli, chopped onion. Fry little. Then add salt, alu, chilli powder, turmeric powder. Fry for 2 mins. Then garnish with coriander leaves.

    For Chana chaat.....take boiled chana. Add little lemon juice, chat masala,salt, onion tomato and sev
