Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 8roti/chapati (half cooked)
  2. 2 cupsChopped Veggie of ur choice (cabbage, carrot, peas, beans,potato, capcicum)
  3. 1 cuppaneer grated
  4. Salt as required
  5. Mozerella cheese little
  6. Oregano little
  7. 1 tspPepper powder
  8. 1Onion chopped
  9. 1 tbspCrushed garlic
  10. 1 tbspPizza sauce
  11. 1 tbspcooking oil/ butter

Steps

  1. 1

    First heat oil in a pan. fry chopped Onion, garlic and veggies on high flame for 2 mins. Then add salt, paneer, pepper powder, sauce and oregano. Fry another 1 min and switch off the flame. Let it cool. Take a half cooked roti and divide it into 2 parts like shown in picture.

    Spread cooked veggie over each part of the roti. Then fold it in cone shape like in the picture. Arrange all roti cones in a baking dish. sprinkle some mozzarella cheese, chilli flakes over it.

    Bake it in a preheated oven for 5 to 8 mins on 180℃

    Enjoy this with sauce of ur choice.
