Take a nonstick pan add 2 tsp oil then add grated mooli and all spices cook for water evaporate then saute fir dry form add coriander mix.

Then cool for room temperature.

Then take a dough flat for small roti stuff mooli and cover with another roti roll on and make a parantha oil spread for both sides.

Serve roasted mooli parantha with tea.
