Ingredients

  • 1 bowlgrated mooli
  • as per taste salt
  • as per taste chat masala
  • 2 tspchop coriander
  • 2 pinchturmeric
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli
  • 2 tspoil
  • 2balls of wheat flour dough
  • 1 tspoil for parantha
  • 1/2 tsp dry roasted cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp carrom seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a nonstick pan add 2 tsp oil then add grated mooli and all spices cook for water evaporate then saute fir dry form add coriander mix.

    Then cool for room temperature.

    Then take a dough flat for small roti stuff mooli and cover with another roti roll on and make a parantha oil spread for both sides.

    Serve roasted mooli parantha with tea.
