Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlpoha
  2. 10-15peanut seeds
  3. 1/2green peas
  4. 1small potato chopped
  5. 2green chillies chopped
  6. 1onions chopped
  7. 4-5curry leaves
  8. 1 spoonmustard seeds
  9. 1 spoonturmeric powder
  10. To tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspsugar
  12. 1 tablespoonfennel seeds
  13. 1lemon juice
  14. 2 spoonsoil
  15. SomeFresh coriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse poha gently with water till they soft.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, toss in the mustard seeds till splutters, pour curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Add the green chilli, onion saute till soft add potato green peas, peanut and let them saute until soft.

  4. 4

    Add poha, salt, turmeric powder and sugar mix well.Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

  5. 5

    The colour change of turmeric darkan,Sprinkle the lemon juice.

  6. 6

    Your khatta mitha poha is ready to serve with hot tea.
