Rinse poha gently with water till they soft.

Heat oil in a pan, toss in the mustard seeds till splutters, pour curry leaves.

Add the green chilli, onion saute till soft add potato green peas, peanut and let them saute until soft.

Add poha, salt, turmeric powder and sugar mix well.Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

The colour change of turmeric darkan,Sprinkle the lemon juice.

Your khatta mitha poha is ready to serve with hot tea.
