Bring liquid to boiling point, take off heat and whisk in Agar Agar

Pour mixture into a tray to cool and set

Once set, liquidize and add the castor sugar and then mix

Put in a piping bag to chill until served. Serve with a sweet chocolate mousse or ice cream!
