Takes soaked mix dal, green chillies,ginger,garlic, salt and ground the to coarse paste.

Add chopped fresh coriander leaves and mix well.

Grease appe pan and pour batter with a spoon in each slot.

Cook it for 8-10 mins with lid covered. Reverse side upside down and drizzle a drip oil and cook again for 5 mins.

Ready to serve with chutney or sauce.
