Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 120 mlCondensed milk
  2. 120 mlcream / evaporated milk
  3. 1.5 mlvanilla essence
  4. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  5. sticksCinnamon
  6. to tasteoptional* aged gin
  7. Crushed ice

Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

    Pour first four ingredients (condensed milk, cream or evaporated milk, vanilla essences and salt) into a jug and whisk well

    Add a cinnamon stick to the mixture and let it chill for about 2 hours

    Pour some crushed ice or solid pieces into a small glass and add aged gin (I used Hope on Hopkins Gold Gin) and sprinkle some cinnamon on top
