Ingredients

  • 1 lbSalmon Fillet, cut into 4 meal size portions
  • to tasteSalt and Pepper
  • Juice from 2 Lemons
  • 2 sprigsfresh Dill, finely chopped
  • Fresh Veggies or 1c Brown Rice as side dish

    Place a large piece of parchment paper into the base of the slow cooker. The parchment paper is to make it easier to lift the salmon out of the slow cooker after it cooks.

  2. 2

    Place the 4 salmon fillets flat on the parchment paper. Sprinkle each with little salt and pepper over the top. Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon pieces. Place fresh chopped dill sprigs on salmon

  3. 3

    Set on high and cook for 1 hour.

  4. 4

    Once salmon is cooked, carefully lift it out of the slow cooker onto a shallow serving dish. Remove skin and serve

  5. 5

    Serve with fresh veggies or brown rice

  6. 6

    You might need to cook on high for 1 1/2 hours, depending on thickness of the salmon fillets. Thicker fillets will take up to 1 1/2 hours to cook through.
