Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmultigrain flour
  2. 1 tspcumin seeds
  3. 1 tspcarom seeds
  4. 1 pinchfinely powdered strong asafoitida
  5. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  6. Finely grated an inch of ginger
  7. 1boiled and mashed potato
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Green Methi leaves finely chopped
  10. as per taste and choiceChopped green chillies
  11. Water as required to knead a soft dough
  12. Ghee for making the parathas

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead a smooth and soft dough mixing all the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Make small and equal sized balls. Roll them to medium thickness parathas.

  3. 3

    Roast them till nicely golden from both sides. Serve hot with white butter and Bathua Raita.
