Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  3. 1/4 teaspoonbaking powder
  4. 1 tablespoonyeast
  5. 1 1/2butter
  6. 2 tablespoonscinnamon powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonnutmeg powder
  8. 1egg
  9. And a pinch of salt
  10. 1/4 cupwater

Steps

    Mix all dry ingredients in a blow (flour, 1/4 brown sugar, baking powder, yeast, nutmeg powder and salt), add in half of the water and egg, then knead, keep adding more of the remaining water until you get a consistent dough, knead for 20-30mins by hand or 10-15 by a mixer, when stretchy and smooth place it in a blow and seal with a plastic wrap and let it rise for 40min to an hour.

    Bring out the dough spread flat to about an inch thick and then spread the remaining butter all over the dough, sprinkle the sugar mixture of sugar and cinnamon powder all over butter, roll and cut in to moderate size place in baking tray and bake for 20mins at 190 degree C. When ready pour any topping of your choice and enjoy. Used caramel.
