Ingredients

  1. 3fingers of ripe plantain and 2 small potatoes
  2. 2 cupsSoyaoil
  3. Salt
  4. Processed Pap

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, peel and cult plantain and potatoes to desired shapes, sprinkle salt and turn

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a frying pan and pour the plantain/ potatoe, fry both sides until golden brown

  3. 3

    Dissolve pap in a bowl with little water then pour boiling water until it forms

  4. 4

    Serve pap with evaporated milk and fries
