Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 1/2 packetmaggi noodles, cooked & drained
  3. 1onion, chopped
  4. 2green chilies, chopped
  5. 1 tbsp.fresh grated coconut
  6. 2 tbsp.sev
  7. 1 tsp.ginger-garlic, grated
  8. 2 tbsp.coriander leaves, chopped
  9. 2 tbsp.tomato, chopped
  10. 2 tbsp.coloured bell peppers, chopped
  11. to tastesalt
  12. 1/2 tsp.chilli flakes
  13. 1/4 tsp.turmeric powder
  14. 1/2 tsp.garam masala powder
  15. 1/2 tsp.roasted cumin powder
  16. 1-2 tbsp.oil to shallow fry
  17. grated coconut, sev, coriander leaves & fresh red chilies to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix together all the above mentioned ingredients (except oil and garnishes).

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and pour the contents. Spread it evenly around the pan. Cover and cook on a low flame till it is done on one side.

  3. 3

    Gently flip it over and cook the other side too till done. Transfer to a serving plate and serve. garnished with coriander leaves, sev chilies and fresh grated coconut.
