Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmango
  2. 30 mlsugar
  3. 250 mlfresh cream
  4. PinchYellow colour
  5. 1/2mango
  6. mint

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Purée 2 cups of mangoes with sugar
    Reserve some purée

  2. 2

    Whip fresh cream till stiff add the mango purée, yellow colour and mix well

  3. 3

    In serving jars/glasses add some mango purée. Pipe the mousse and mango purée. Garnish with cubed mango pieces and mint.
