Soak the poha in water just about 2 to 3 minutes, then using a strainer drain all the water from the poha

In mixing bowl add poha,cabbage,chopped chilli,onion,coriander,spring onion,turmeric,mix masala,salt and knead a soft dough

Now take a small dough, flatten each portion on a thick polythene sheet
- 4
Heat a tawa, spoon a little oil and transfer thalipith carefuly onto the tawa,spoon a little oil on the sides of thalipith

Cover and cook both sides on medium flame
- 6
Serve hot with butter or chutney
