How to make VERMICELLI KATORI
1. Take a heavy bottom pan and add ghee in it. Heat it for 2 Min. - 2
Now add vermicelli and cook till colour turns golden brown.

Now pour condensed milk and mix vermicelli well. Don't cool it completely.

Take modules and put vermicelli in it and press softly so that it takes shape of Katori.

Put all modules in a refrigerator for 1 hour.

Now take a bowl. Add milk and Custard powder & mix well.

Now take a kadai,pour the milk- custard mixture into.Put on the flame.Add sugar.

Keep stirring till it reaches the required consistency.

Now take out the katoris from the refrigerator & pour one spoon of custard into it.

Garnish with chopped strawberries.
