Peel and cut yam, Irish potatoes, and plantain

Heat oil in a pan,add a pinch of salt to the yam and Irish and fry

Fry the plantain till it's golden brown

Wash and blend tomatoes, pepper,tatase and onions

Wash meat,put in a pot add chopped onions, curry and thyme, seasoning and cook

Put oil in a pan,add grinded tomatoes, pepper, tatase and onions and fry

Add meat, and meat stock and continue to fry,add seasoning
