Sift the flour with salt n rub in butter.

Start adding water little by little as you knead to form a firm dough harder than the one for chapati

Let it rest for 30 mins.

Roll out the dough and place the pastry margarine in the middle, knock back a few times n let it rest in the fridge for 30 mins.

Roll out the dough make a first single turn roll again make a double turn rest for 30 mins

Roll again make single n double turn n rest.make as many turns as you wish n let it rest overnight or 6 hrs-8 before working on it

Once your batter is done resting roll out not thin or too thick n cut using a round bowl

Add filling in the middle... I used minced meat.

Fold then seal with a fork

Bake for 45 min's at 180.
