Steps

In mixing bowl put rawa, ragi flour,curd and salt.

Put little water slowly and make batter without any lumps.

Keep aside for 20 minutes.

Now grease idli mould with oil.

Add eno in the batter and immediately pour into greeze idli mould and steam for 15 minutes.

Serve with chutney or shambhar.
