I had prepared mukimo n there was left over I didn't want to waste I became creative. The twist everyone didn't know what it was until they tasted

In a pan saute onions add spices.

Add Ginger garlic paste

Add 2 tbsp water then add ready mukimo on low heat n cover for like 3 mins

Add coriader

Mash everything together. Set aside to cool

Prepare your flour,egg mixture n breadcrumbs

Scoop a tablespoon of mukimo and roll into balls. Pass through flour dust excess flour then dip in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Deep fry in hot oil,place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
