Steps

Boil green peas. Add in mixer jar, with grated coconut,chopped fresh coriander leaves, green chillies, lemon juice and salt. Grind to smooth paste. keep aside.

Wash and thinely slice tomato. Keep all ingredients required to make sandwiches.

Apply butter on all bread slices..on one side. On one buttered slice, spread grinded green peas mixture lavishly.

On it place 4 thinely sliced tomatoes as shown.

On it place cheese slice. Sprinkle sandwich masala on other butter bread slice.Place it on cheese slice to cover.

Place this prepared sandwich in hand toaster or grill sandwich toaster...roast till golden crispy on both sides. Prepare all other Sandwiches similarly.

Serve/ Relish Nutritious Hot Green Peas Toast Sandwich with green coriander chutney & tomato ketchup,serve with potato chips and hot tea/ coffee for Sunday special morning breakfast.
