Steps

In a bowl, take besan and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, baking soda and ajwain give it a mix.

Add water to the above mix and make batter and make sure there are no lumps. Keep it aside.

Take a wok and Keep the oil to heat on a medium flame
- 4
Once the oil is hot, Cut the bread slice into triangular shape and dip each triangle into the batter and drop it in a hot oil. Fry from both side on medium flame. And remove it on a tissue paper (this absorbs the oil)

Serve hot with ketchup and/or green chutney.
