First soak the black Chane for 6-7 hours and boil one potato with chane.

After that take mixer jar add some coriander leaves, green chillies, tomato, ginger, salt, jeera and make fine chutney.

Take a pan add oil when oil heats add jeera,chopped onion and fry for 3-4 minutes add chopped tomatoes and green chilli and mix well 2 minutes add salt to taste 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, coriander powder, chat masala add boiled chane and potato mix well off the flame add coriander leaves.

Take a serving plate add fry Chane add chutney Sprinkle the aalu bhujiya and some chopped onion, tomato. Chana chat is ready
