Cut the pieces of coconut.Soak the rice 2hour.Take a griender jar add rice& coconut make a batter.Rest it over night.

In the morning add salt &sugar mix well.Heat a pan add 2drop oil add one ladle batter,cover it&sprinkle 1tbsp worm water.cook it on medium flem.After 2-3minutes Chitau pitha is ready.

Serve with any type of curry or milk.Very soft&tasty.
