Steps

Wash rice very well and add water allow it for 30 min

Put groundnut in a blender,add water and blend

Add water to the grinded groundnut and sieve the juice
- 4
Put pot on fire,transfer the groundnut juice in to the pot allow to boil, watch closely

Add the rice, stir and allow it cook
- 6
When the rice is soft you can add water if you don't want it too thick like mine, squeeze lemon juice in to it and serve it hot 😋 you can add sugar (optional) best served with akara or moi-moi
