Break and beat the eggs, add in scotch bonnet,onions and spices

Pour into a leather and cook in boiling water until cooked
3

To ur moi -moi paste,add spices and palm oil, pour in leather put ur boiled beaten eggs in it and cook in boiling water.

Serve with onion and peas sauce with baked beans and mayonnaise
