Boil the dried hibiscus flowers in water for 10 minutes. Drain the water and set the flowers aside. Boil the flowers again in fresh water for another 10 minutes, until the water is no longer colored.

Drain the hibiscus flowers and chop them into small pieces.

In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the chopped hibiscus flowers and cook for about 10 minutes. Season with salt.

Warm the tortillas and fill them with the hibiscus mixture. Serve with avocado and your favorite salsa.
