In the mixer add onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chilli and soaked cashews and make a fine paste.

In a kadhai add the oil and let it heat. Add all Lhasa masalas with hing and let it crackle.

Add the puréed masala and cook till oil separates from the masala. Add all powdered masalas and cook for a minute.

Add peas with a glass of water, cover and cook till peas become soft.

Add mushroom and cook further covered for another 8-10 mins.

Add cream and kasuri methi and cook for 2 mins. Serve with roti, parantha or naan.
