Ingredients

  • Always soak lentils for atleast one hour
  • It will save gas as well time too
  • Soaked lentils have nutrients properties.much cooked have not
  • Use dry roasting of spices is really good to make more flavorful
  • Add always ginger and garlic
  • Use of sunflower oil is much good to health

    Cook lentils by boiling openly

  2. 2

    Never add spices in boiling.add all the spices in curry making or called TADKA

  3. 3

    Once in week lentil soup must done to kids
