Cheesy Ham & Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 1 (32 oz)bag Southern style hashbrowns
  2. 1 1/2 cupsdiced cooked ham
  3. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  4. 1 1/2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
  5. 1 1/2 cupssour cream
  6. 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  7. to tasteSalt, pepper, onion powder
  8. Optional topping
  9. 1 cupcrushed cornflakes
  10. 2 tbsmelted butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.

    Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together until will combined.

    Pour into casserole dish. Spread out evenly. If desired mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter and sprinkle over the top. Bake uncovered 30-45 minutes or until top is golden and bubbling. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
