Fried Potatoes and Smoked Sausage with Bacon GF

I was bored with my traditional potatoes so i added some extra touches and it came out pretty good :)

This dish goes very well with any kind of meat roast, steak, baked ham or chicken. And, it tastes great too.You can use any kind of potatoes with this dish but for best results I use a mix of Yukon Gold and Red Potatoes

We harvested a ton of sweet potatoes, so I tried making some of them into croquettes instead of using regular potatoes. It turned out quite delicious and got rave reviews!-The almond slices will burn if the heat is too strong, so be careful.-You can enjoy the croquettes with 2 kinds of batter. This recipe is similar to fried cabbage recipes with bacon, only it substitutes brussel sprouts for cabbage. 🤷🏻‍♀️😎👍

I had such a busy day planned today so this worked out for supper perfectly. I put it on to cook in the morning and it was ready as soon as the kids were finished their dancing class. Perfect timing!

You can use as much salt and pepper as you want. I did not use any measurements for this recipe.

I wanted to make something to go with Brats and baked beans. I threw this together, thinking the flavors would go great together!
