Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 grcarrots, peeled and grated
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. ground black pepper
  5. 4 tbspself-rising flour (regular AP should work fine as well)
  6. Oil for frying (2-3 tbsp per batch)

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Leave for five minutes or so.

  2. 2

    If it's too runny, add more flour. If it's too thick, add a bit of water.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan. Scoop batter bit by bit and pan-fry until the color darkens.
