Steps

Firstly cut bhindi into pieces.

Take oil in khadai and heat it. Now fry bhindi into it. Then keep aside it.

Now fry chopped onion and add fried bhindi into it. Then add turmeric powder, lal mirch powder and salt into it. Mix all together.

Now add garam masala powder and amchur powder into it and mix it.

Kurkuri bhindi is ready to serve.
