  1. 500 gramsCarrot
  2. 500 mlMilk
  3. 250 gramsSugar
  4. 100 gramsClarified butter/Ghee
  5. 10Cardamom
  6. 100 gramsBadam/dry fruits

  1. 1

    Keep all required ingredients in a tray. Wash and greate the carrots.

    Heat the pan- ghee roast badam/dry fruits trans to a bowl then put grated carrot and ghee roast on sim heat, add sugar mix well.

  3. 3

    Add milk, stir on sim heat for 15-20 minutes, when watery content evaporates add cardamom powder, ghee roasted badam/dry fruits and ghee. Mix well. Carrot halwa is ready.
