Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  • 1/3 cupboil mashed peas
  • 1small chopped onion
  • 1boil mashed potato
  • 1/3 cupcorn flour
  • 1/4 cupbread crumbs
  • 2Chopped green chilli
  • 1 teaspoonChopped ginger
  • 2 teaspoonChopped coriander
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 teaspoonred chilli
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/3 teaspoonjeera powder
  • 1/3 teaspoongaram masala
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl.Add paneer, onion, peas, potato, bread crumbs, corn flour, coriander, salt, black pepper, garam masala, green chilli, red chilli, jeera powder. Mix it well.

  2. 2

    Make a dough and take some portion from dough. Make it round shape..
    - Take a plate and spread bread crumbs. Coat with bread crumbs properly in tikki shape.

  3. 3

    Take pre heated tawa, add some oil. When oil is hot Put tikki on tawa.
    - Cook it on medium flame till gets golden brown from both the sides.

  4. 4

    Crispy and yummy paneer tikky is ready..Transfer it to the plate.
    Serve it with chutney and sauce..ENJOY…!
