Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2ripe bananas
  2. 1egg
  3. 3 tablespoonsskim milk
  4. 6 tablespoonsoat flour
  5. 2 tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa powder
  6. Sweetener to taste
  7. 1 handfulraw nuts (recommended: walnuts)
  8. 1 teaspoonbaking powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend all the ingredients except the nuts.

  2. 2

    Pour into a non-stick baking pan.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle the nuts on top.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 15-20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Watch carefully, as overbaking will make it lose its brownie texture.
