A very simple and easy recipe and time saving too. U can always marinate the chaanp and freeze and fry whenever required.

In a bowl marinate the chaanp (meat) pieces along with all the other ingredients. Marinate the chaanp for at least 1 hr. U can also freeze it in an airtight container for future use.

Heat a pan and without any oil just place the chaanp pieces on the pan. Spread them properly. Cook on high flame for 5mins. It will start releasing water. As soon as the water starts reducing lower the flame, flip the chaanp and cover. Cook for another 5 mins or till the meat is tender. Make them nice golden from both sides. Serve hot.
