Ingredients

1 piecechicken fillet chicken wash and cut up in chunky pieces
As neededolive oil
1 tablespoonmayonnaise
3-4cherry tomatoes cut up
1/2grated carrot
A fewslices of cucumber
1 piececrisp butter lettuce shredded
1knotted bread roll/loaf
A fewpieces of pineapple chunks

Steps

Marinate chicken for a little and cook in a little olive oil, allow to cook, mix in a tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Cut up the knotted loaf and fill with chicken filling and tropical salad (cherry tomatoes, grated carrot, cucumber, lettuce and pineapple)

Serve with fruit juice and a side salad.
