8fresh plum tomatoes
8medium carrots
1small cabbage

Add the vegetable oil to a deep frying pan

Slice the onions, carrots and cabbage

Add tomatoes mixed herbs

Bring to boil put on a lid and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occationally
