1 cupcup sabudana
2-3boil and mashed potato
As per tasteRock salt
1/4 cup roasted and crushed peanut powder
1/2 tsp grated ginger
2green chilli chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
As requiredOil for frying

Wash and soak the sabudana in water for 4-5 hrs.

Strain the sabudana and put in the mixing bowl.

Add all ingredients accept oil and mix well.

Make a cutlet shape.

Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry these cutlet.

Serve hot with coriander chutney.
