Steps

Boil the Chana that have soaked overnight in a pressure cooker

Take a pan add some ghee, asafetida and chopped onion

Sauté the onions for a minute of two and then add tomato
- 4
Add coriander powder, salt and turmeric to it and let it cook till the tomato is completely mashed
- 5
Add the boiled Chana and sauté it for sometime
- 6
Check for salt and sprinkle it with coriander leaves and your Chana is ready to eat
