Prepare everything for cooking. First, heat a pot with a little olive oil.

Once the pot is hot, add the vegetables and sauté for 8 minutes. Season with a little salt.

Once the vegetables are cooked, place them in a blender and add a clove of garlic. Blend completely.

Chop 3 slices of ham and 3 slices of turkey bologna.

After cooking the vegetables, use the same pot and add the ground beef, the special chili seasoning, and the chopped ham and bologna. Cook for 15 minutes.

Add the onion, chili, and tomato sauce to the pot with the meat, mix, and let it cook for another 15 minutes on low heat. Taste for seasoning.

Finally, serve in a small bowl. This recipe can be accompanied by many things.
