  3. 20 ouncespineapples sliced
  4. 2/3 cupmaraschino cherries
  5. 1 stickbutter
  6. ◆◆◆◆◆ Cake ◆◆◆◆◆
  7. 16-1/2 ounceyellow cake mix
  8. 4large eggs
  9. 3.4 ouncesvanilla pudding mix
  10. 1 cupwater
  11. 1/2 cupvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 350° Fahrenheit

    In a cast iron skillet melt butter. Add brown sugar and spread even in skillet

    Add pineapple

  4. 4

    Add cherries

  5. 5

    Mix oil, eggs, cake mix, pudding mix, and water. Spread evenly over the pineapples and cherries. Put into oven for 50 minutes.

    Let cool 10 minutes. Put on a plate and turn over. Cut and serve I hope you enjoy!

What size is the skillet? Since I don't own cast iron skillet I was going to use my pie pan, which is a little larger than 9 inch and a bit deeper. I would of course use microwave to melt butter and sugar. It will help to find out what is your skillet diameter. Thank you, I really like to try this recipe but don't want batter to overflow.
