Steps

Peel the pumpkin and boil until tender. Let cool and mash

Mix the flour, salt and sugar to your preferred taste

Add the mashed pumpkin to the flour and knead, just like the normal chapati. If it's too stiff, you could use water or oil, then knead until soft. Let settle for few minutes and then you can roll into individual dough

Roll and cook and voila! Serve with your favorite stew.
