Steps

First boil the potatoes then peel the cover & mashed properly like a smooth texture.

Heat the heavy bottom pan add ghee in it when ghee is heated then add mashed boiled potatoes & stir continuously in low flame.

After 10 minutes add sugar then again stir continuously for few more minutes.

When sugar dissolves completely then add cardamom powder & chopped dryfruits mix well.
- 5
Off the flame halwa is ready to serve.
