    Soak your tigernut for 20mins

  2. 2

    Blend the tigernut along with the sweet potatoes in a blender for 10mins

  3. 3

    Sieve the blended tigernut

  4. 4

    Add sugar and falvour

  5. 5

    Put it in the fridge to cool
