HalfOnion chopped large
Halfhead of cabbage chopped
2carrots sliced
1Green or yellow squash sliced
HalfGreen pepper sliced
2Celery stalks sliced
2Garlic cloves
2 slicesOptional chopped bacon
Salt taste
Pepper taste
3 TbspOlive Oil

Chop any veggies you want to eat or have laying around. Coat with olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.

Bake at 425 F covered for 20 min. Uncover and bake another 20 min. Or until veggies meet preference.
