Heat the oil in a pan add chopped green chillies, onion saute add green peas, tomato saute till tomato softened add turmeric powder, salt, Chilli powder, garam masala mix well cook for 2 minutes add mashed potatoes and tomato sauce mix well. Spread butter on one side of the bread and spread vegetable Masala another side close with one more bread, pre heat the toaster arrange Set of two sandwiches toast both sides. Transfer to serving plate. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
