Take pressure cooker and add ghee. And also cut the onion, tomato, potato in small pieces.

Fry them, then add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and rice and water and mix well.

Now close the pressure cooker and wait for whistle. Then open it.

Now our rice is ready.
